Joy Craft Games ("we", "us") designs, develops and publishes various games for mobile devices.
We reserve the right to change the Policy at any time. Information We Collect

How Do We Use the Collected Information?
We primarily use the Information to provide you a better gaming experience. How Do We Share the Collected Information?
We may disclose or publish aggregated information (information about you and other players collectively that is not intended to specifically identify a person, for example, players between the ages of 18 and 21 who live in London) and other NPII about our players for marketing, analytics, advertising, and other business purposes.
In addition, we will share your information (which may include personal information) with third parties (in other words, parties other than Joy Craft Games) or allow third parties to collect this information from our Services in the following circumstances:
With your consent, we may share your information with third parties or allow them to collect your information from our Products and Services in some ways that may be not specifically described in this Policy;
Friends and Other Players
Our games support and sometimes encourage you to interact with other players. In most our games, if you register through a social network (for example, Facebook Connect), your social network friends will see your name, profile photo and descriptions of your game activity. Other players may also be able to send you game requests or even friend requests through the related social network’s channels;
Third Party Advertising Including Tailored Advertising and Analytics
We have advertising built in our games so we can continue to offer many of our Services for free.
When advertisers or ad networks place ads in our games, they may collect or we may share some types of information from within our Products and Services.
We may disclose the personal information if we are required to disclose by law or by a law enforcement agency or for avoid, lessen or prevent a crime.
How to Access, Update, Delete or Add to Your Information
We believe that you should have the ability to access and edit the PII that you have provided to us. You may change any of your PII in your account by changing it in a social network you used to register. You may also access and correct your personal information and privacy preferences by writing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please include your name, address, and/or e-mail address when you contact us.
We ask you to promptly update your PII if it changes.
You may ask to have the information on your account deleted or removed; however, because we keep track of past transactions, you cannot delete information associated with past transactions. In addition, it may be impossible to completely delete your information without some residual information because of backups.
Our Policy Concerning Children
WE DO NOT KNOWINGLY COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION FROM CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF THIRTEEN (13) WITHOUT APPROPRIATE PARENTAL NOTICE. If we learn that we have inadvertently gathered personal information from a child under 13, we will take reasonable measures to remove that information from our records as soon as possible.
We encourage parents to actively monitor their children's online activities.
Security of Your Information
We implement appropriate security measures to protect the security of your information both online and offline, and we are committed to the protection of customer information. We will take reasonable steps to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Policy.
If you access our Products and Services through a social network and your social network account is hacked, this may lead to someone playing your Joy Craft Games games without your permission. So please be careful to keep your social network account information, including your social network account password, secure as well.
When you enter payment information, we or our third party payment processor use secure socket layer technology ("SSL") to encrypt the transmission of that information.
While we take reasonable precautions against possible security breaches of our Products and Services, please remember that no Website or Internet transmission is completely secure. Period of time during which we retain Information depends on why we collected it and how we would use it.
